“You can do it”

When you hear “You can do it” it helps you feel better about your situation you may be facing but what happens when you do not feel you can do it. That is when you have to allow yourself the emotional awareness of “I do not feel I can do it” ” I am stressed about this situation” “I do not see a victory” because then your not psychologically bound to those thoughts anymore. You begin to see and feel a difference come upon you and differences in your situations.
